Summary: The Good :- Garden - huge, trees for shade, well fenced for dogsPool - good size, private, comfortable furnitureHouse - comfortable, good air conditioningArea - beautiful, nice walks, friendly people.The Bad - VRBO listing states Hot tub (our selection criteria). There has never been a hot tub here. VERY disappointedSmall kitchen without basic cleaning materials (except anti-bacterial spray)Impossible to prepare a meal for for 8Sheets for 2 beds is 40 - not providedHalf a roll of toilet paper in one toilet none in the otherSome pines in the garden have high dangerous hanging branches Owner does not speak much English and feels that he can come and do pool maintenance any time - unacceptable, made it difficult to relaxFor improvement - Organise the kitchen - more cupboard space and available worksurfaceProvide cleaning cloths and liquids and maybe cooking basics - oil, herbs. (we left ours)Decor and some furniture is tired - needs refreshing.
