The property is a 19thC Country house with high ceilings and large rooms, situated in a parkland setting. It is a 9 bedroomed Country Villa that is situated in a peaceful setting with views of the River Tarn, hills and surrounding farmland of sunflowers and fruit trees near the historical town of Montauban and Toulouse.
The property is perfect for family holidays and celebrations especially birthdays and baptisms.
There are 2 terraces with dining furniture for up to 18 guests and a BBQ - perfect for al fresco dining on the warm evenings.
Enjoy the beautiful gardens from the terraces while having breakfast or in the evening with candle lit dinners.
Lounge by the pool while having cocktails or in the open plan pool house .
The pool is surrounded by lights with a large terrace area for dining although we do ask that glasses are not taken to the pool area for safety reasons. The pool has a safety cover and is fenced off for the security of children.
During the summer months, the property is generally cool inside but we also have air conditioning in all 8 main bedrooms.
There are also 3 beautiful pigeonniers in the gardens of this country villa, one of which is a private cinema room.
This Country house is situated opposite the Tarn River with rights for fishing on the banks of the river if you have a permit. There are tennis courts nearby. This villa is situated in an area that is quite popular with cycle enthusiasts.
The property is equi-distant to 2 villages, Corbarieu and Reynies. This allows for a greater choice in local butchers and bakers. We are also only 10 mins drive from Montauban with its magnificent 17th Century Square, Cathedral and boutique shops.
We have many interesting places nearby to visit , for example, Ingres Museum, Bruniquel, Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val , Rocamadour and Gouffre de Padirac. Toulouse is only 40 mins away!
There are many local festivals in the summer and many activities nearby through out the year. We are spoilt for choice in picturesque villages nearby.

Pendant les mois d'été, la propriété est généralement fraîche à l'intérieur, mais nous avons également la climatisation dans les 8 chambres principales.
Il y a aussi 3 beaux pigeonniers dans les jardins de cette villa de campagne, dont l'un est une salle de cinéma privée.
