One has air conditioning, the other has a terrace and is located in a part of the house that practically has a separate entrance from the stairs. Ideal for people looking for a little more privacy. (The structure of the house, built on several levels and with several stairs, is part of its charm, but it does not lend itself to guests with reduced mobility.)
