Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: We loved the position and the quirkiness of the old station now a hotel. The staff were really friendly and the scenery around was wonderful. We sat outside enjoying our wine when a small train went by. It was great as there are still trains that arrive occasionally in the station next door. Worth noting you need to book for dinner in advance. The breakfast was a buffet and best we had while on holiday.

Negative: We did not use the hot tub as it was extra we also felt it was a bit exposed to other guests sitting outside which put us off a bit.

Summary: We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend
