Summary: Very understaffed. Buffet breakfast vas very limited and ran out by 9am and wasn’t refilled. Room was dusty and single bedsheets too small for the beds. Staff not very helpful, surprising as they’re in a customer service role. On the positive side the design and decoration of the hotel and communal area is great!
