The house is very well insulated, with all the comforts and amenities necessary for a good stay. Despite its isolation the house is only fifteen minutes from shops located in Arlanc and la Chaise-Dieu, or half an hour from Ambert and three quarters of an hour from Issoire and Brioude. The property is very close to the Haute-Loire and one can also go to Puy en Velay or its surroundings. In winter, snow can be used for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and sledding for children. You can also go to the ski resorts of Praboure and Chalmazel (near the Col des Pradaux) located about 50 kms away and which have the advantage of being family resorts and therefore accessible to all.
