Summary: Good hotel to stay with spacious room. The room is large and clean. The staff is polite and helpful. However the check-in took a while to proceed (not too long) and still need to wait for housekeeping to check room before going in even after 2pm. Looks like all room may not yet be ready. There is a trolley available but if you come during busy time, you‘ll probably need to carry all bags and luggage by yourself with no trolley unless you want to wait for probably longer than 10-15 mins. They have soap and shampoo available but I‘d expect shower cap, some sanitary kit but there‘s none of these provided for you. Overall good, comfy room but the amenities are very limited and average.
