Summary: The manager was very nice and helpful. However the property itself was not great. The first room we had had a dirty shared bath with hair in the drain. The second room had a Bathroom that smelled like sewer making it challenging to sleep. The location also isn’t the best.

Summary: I am a solo female traveler & this was my first time in Morocco/Africa. I chose this riad particularly because of the extra care from Youssef I read about. The reviews did not disappoint. Youssef went above & beyond to make my stay comfortable. He arranged a tour of the Medina & was always concerned for my safety. I highly recommend staying at his riad

Summary: I absolutely loved my stay at Riad Rayna! I was in Fes for two and a half weeks and it was a great base for my vacation. The riad is fairly close to the exit of the medina for catching taxis and going to the bank on the main road. It was also close to the markets, you could explore for hours and never see the same thing twice.
While I do feel the rooms and included breakfast are, in and of themselves, great value, the real standout of this stay was Yousif and his mom, Malika. By the end of the stay, I felt like family. They were both so warm and hospitable! Traveling as a single woman, I had some reservations but it was all put to ease once I met them. Dinners cooked by Malika are a MUST! Good value and delicious! She was even kind enough to show me a recipe of hers! Yousif really cares and goes out of his way to help all the guests.
If you are looking for an authentic Moroccan experience, look no further! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Summary: My stay at Riad Ranya was excellent. The host is very kind and went to great lengths to ensure that my stay in the Riad was comfortable. The Riad itself is wonderful and the architecture and overall condition of the Riad is very high. Thoroughly recommend this place if you're looking for a place to stay in Fes. Final thing, if the weather is good, definitely check out the roof dining area for great views of Fes.

Summary: Alhumdulillah a great 1st experience of life and hospitality in Old Fez. Great hosts and food served with a smile.
Was taken to Jummah by Brother Youssef (host)in the Old Qarawiyyin Masjid (university), which was amazing. *World's oldest university.
Stunning views from the roof top, a great place to soak in the years of Medieval and Islamic history of Fez. Azaan (call for pray's) echoing around the city is amazing...
Recommend a minimum 4 night's and study and plan your itinerary to make the most of your time in and around Fez.
Will be back again ASAP insha'Allah
