A cosy one bedroom apartment in the heart of Paris' Latin Quarter in the 5th arrondissement, on a quiet side street adjacent to Boulevard St. Germain.
The apartment is 30m² or 323 feet² with a separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Ideal for singles or couples but can accommodate up to 3 adults (the living room has a sofabed).
Located in an 18th century listed building, on the 2nd floor (3rd floor US) without elevator.
Close to 'Place Maubert,' a quiet square located between Notre Dame Cathedral and Boulevard Saint Germain, in the very centre of Paris. There is a Metro station on the square - or a minute's walk from the apartment. Nearby are an abundance of shops, bakeries and restaurants.
There is also a 3x weekly market on the square (Tues Thurs. & Sat.) selling a wide variety of fresh local produce. A well equipped gym is just 10 minutes' walk away where they offer daily / weekly membership.
Notre Dame Cathedral and the river Seine are a few minutes' walk from the apartment.
