From this room there is a staircase that gives access to the loft of more than 50m in which the glass corridor is still the prefect ally for visual delight, in it we find a large play area, reading, with sofas, donkey to leave clothes and shelves etc. .And another large window from where you can see the highest part of the Sierra del Sueve. Just 5/6 minutes away we can enjoy the wonderful nearby beaches such as La Espasa, Rodiles, La Isla etc. We will be able to go shopping in the closest towns, such as Villaviciosa, Colunga, the fishing village of Lastres, the Jurassic Art Museum, and long etc. Most important centers such as Gijón, Oviedo etc ... are just a stone's throw away, not forgetting the proximity of the house in corners like Llanes, Ribadesella, Picos de Europa ...
