The entrance is through a small courtyard enclosed by a gate, also serving as a terrace for outdoor meals with a view of the garden. A hallway leads to a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet. A short corridor leads to a second bedroom (also with a 140x190 cm bed), then to the bright and comfortable living room with a large picture window opening onto the courtyard. It includes a lounge area with TV and a well-equipped kitchen. An interior staircase (not accessible during the rental) recalls the house’s original layout. A cool room in the basement is available for storing bikes or equipment, and also offers an additional toilet and shower room. Opposite the house, a small elevated garden accessible by a few steps. Not enclosed but pleasant, it features sun loungers. A private garage completes the property. Heating and electricity are extra (meter reading). Bed linen and towels are not provided.
