Very nice apartment, located on the 1st floor of a small building, at the bottom of the rue de Saint-Servan. Quiet, facing the sea, close to all amenities and 10 minutes walk from the historic center of Intra-Muros.
Composed of a large living-room with sea view, a large separate fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a large 180 double bed, the second has 3 single beds (90), 2 of which can be pushed together to make a double bed. The third bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom. There is also another separate bathroom with shower and bathtub. Separate toilet.
Two of the bedrooms have a sea view, the other has a garden view.
A private parking space is reserved for you within the residence.
The apartment is located 300 meters from free public parking. You can reach Intra-muros, the historic center in 10 minutes by walking, down the rue de Saint-Servan or along the port of Bas Sablons.
A market is organized on the place of Saint-Servan at 200 m, on Tuesdays and Fridays under the halls, you will find fresh fish there. A small oyster merchant is installed every Sunday on Place Bouvet (Place du Théâtre). Two mini markets open 7 days a week are less than 1 km away by walking (at the bas sablons and near the Sainte-Croix church) and a Carrefour Market is 700 meters away, in the rue ville pépin.
Saint-Servan is known for its large shopping street, the Solidor tower, the City of Aleth, cradle of Saint-Malo.
Beaches and walks:
