We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Antoigné, this old air-conditioned farm building in which are 3 flats, of which this lodging of a surface of 85 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a private garden of about 300 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you!
The gîte is accessible via a common courtyard and is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :

- A semi-open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine... and a dining area.

- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.
- Separate WC.
Outside :
- A beautiful private, unfenced garden of 300 m² facing North-West.
- A north-west facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Antoigné, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby in the town of Montreuil Bellay.
