The rose garden residence is known for its calm and ideal location near the beaches, Ilbarritz golf course and the city of the ocean. It has an outdoor swimming pool with panoramic views of the Basque coast, open from April to October.
This apartment is located on the 1st floor of a luxury residence with caretaker at the entrance, intercom, lift, and has a terrace with panoramic views of the Basque coast and a private parking space.

The district of Ilbarritz is known for its beaches, cliffs, castle and golf course.
You can gravitate in a privileged and quiet area, access the beaches and golf on foot, walk along the coastal path and access several beach restaurants located nearby. Biarritz Equestrian Center and Moriscot Lake are a few minutes' walk away, and you can access a shopping area within 5 minutes by car. The buses run along the axis between Biarritz and Bidart which allows you to reach the city centers by public transport. The bike / pedestrian path that follows the coastal path passes near the residence.
