Summary: If I could give this hotel less than 1 star for cleanliness I would. There was black mould all over the bathroom, thick dust all over the room and the linen was dirty. The service was not good. My son was sick during our stay and they were incredibly unhelpful. The buffet was as you'd expect. The wait staff presented as unhappy, when ordering drinks heavy sighs and eye rolls followed. The entertainment seemed fun. The hotel is generally incredibly run down. We avoided the lifts as you were lucky if you could ever get one. Usual thing with people reserving their sun chairs from silly o'clock but staff did nothing to deter this. The local area is not particularly desirable so a lot of time was spent in the hotel so would have preferred it to be a more enjoyable experience. This is not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. If you know that and go with low expectations you'll be fine. Probably a good idea to bring cleaning products!
