Ideally located, our cottage is in the middle of the vineyards, on the outskirts of Nîmes, 5 minutes from exit 25 of the A9 motorway. You can stay at home, go walking (3 walking routes near the farmhouse that we will show you), golf (2 18-hole golf courses), and visit the region.
Cleaning fees are included; the cottage is completely cleaned (including COVID treatment) at each change of occupants, all surfaces, furniture... All bedding and linen were washed before your stay at more than 60°. As the place is completely private, you will not meet anyone there, you will be perfectly peaceful and sheltered.
Ideal for 9 people including teenagers and/or children over 3 years old (bed and high chair for babies). Sheets and towels provided.
All new household appliances and bedding, dish and linen washing machines, large fridge and freezer, induction hob, ice maker, television, wifi... Photos and videos will enlighten you on the quality of the place. Parking for 2 cars.

The cottage is 280 m as the crow flies south of the A9 motorway. Outside, if Mistral wind from the North, slight background noise which no previous occupant has been concerned about or complained about. No noise inside
