In a preserved environment of the Poitevin marsh, in the South Vendée; this floating house will seduce you with its great comfort, the tranquility of the site, the exceptional environment.
La Rochelle is located at ½ hour; the beaches of southern Vendée 40 minutes away. Forest of Mervent, Green Venice at ½ hour walking and cycling trails nearby.
1. THE ENVIRONMENT
A dozen hectares of private space including 6 ha of ponds, 3 ha of woods and 4 ha of meadows.
Here you are in the middle of an authentic nature, alone, without neighbors; 2 km from the center of a small village of 1,000 inhabitants.
The heated swimming pool with terrace equipped with sun loungers and parasol overlooks the pond and offers you an exceptional panorama.
3 ha are reserved for you.
For carp anglers, the pond is available without a card (night fishing allowed) by subscribing to the fishing option (see § 3 FISHING)
2. THE HOUSE
A real floating house of around 120 m² built on a 200 m² platform, offering a beautiful terrace on the water, facing south.
The house consists of:
• A 60 m² living room with kitchen including a 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, oven, steamer, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer; complete set of cookware; lounge area, dining area, office area with wifi. Large flat screen TV on articulated arm, insert fireplace.
• A bedroom with a 160 bed that can accommodate a baby bed.
• A bedroom with a 140 bed that can accommodate a baby bed.
• A children's cabin bedroom with 90 bunk beds. All bedding is of high quality.
• A bathroom with 2 basins on furniture, shower, hammam, spa bath, sauna.

• Outdoor terrace with garden furniture, parasol, gas barbecue.
Weekly rental. Weekend possible outside school holidays (2 nights minimum)
3. PEACH
For carp anglers, by subscribing to the FISHING option (see § 7 RATES), you have the pond (1.70 ha). Night fishing allowed. Fishing is only in NO-KILL. You must have the appropriate equipment (reception mat)
4) RECEPTION CAPACITY.
The house is designed for 6 people maximum with the possibility of adding a cot.
Any request exceeding this capacity will be refused, even if friends or family visit during the day.
5. ANIMALS.
Due to repeated damage, we no longer accept our animal friends.
6. RENTAL PERIOD
Rental is possible all year round.
The rental is mainly rented by the week with the possibility of off-peak rental for short stays with a minimum of 2 nights.
7. PRICES
- Week: from 790 € to 2,250 €. depending on period.
- Weekend of 3 days 2 nights: from 390 € to 540 €, 100 to 150 € per additional night depending on period.
- Cleaning option: 70 € package.
- Carp fishing option: € 25 per day of house rental and per fisherman (i.e. for a week of rental € 175 per fisherman).
- Tourist tax: € 1 per night and per adult.
