Large basement with storage room, laundry room (washing machine)... Kitchen equipment: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker... Leisure facilities: flat-screen TV, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol... Sleeping arrangements: 2 x 140 cm beds, 2 x 90 cm beds. Garden and front steps facing the street, large garden at the rear of the house. Possibility of renting a small house for 2 people at the back of the garden. Cottage: It includes: living room with kitchenette, one bedroom, shower room/WC. Kitchen equipment: refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker... Leisure facilities: flat-screen TV, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol... Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed (140 cm). Private enclosed garden. TO BE PAID upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €600 for the rental, €150 for cleaning and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: bed linen €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week. Cleaning: €150. Pets €30/pet + a security deposit of €100. The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
