The nearest ski resorts are about 40km away (Le Mourtis and Luchon-Superbagnères). All shops and services are in Montréjeau and the nearest train station is in Gourdan-Polignan (also 6km away). We go down a few steps to access the living room from the front door. Kitchen open to the living room with dining area (table and high chairs), wood stove, living room with convertible sofa in 120x190cm. A corridor leads to a bedroom (double bed 160x200cm), a bathroom (jet shower, double sink) and dry toilets. A staircase starts from the entrance to lead to a small mezzanine, not included in the living area because it has a very low ceiling (1 double bed 140x190cm). Heating is produced by the programmable pellet stove. Wifi or wired Internet connection. Small "eco" cottage at the foot of the Pyrenees with breathtaking views of the mountains, from the garden and the swimming pool! Dry toilets.
