The apartment is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, elevator, oven, microwave, electric water heater. The complex has a very large pool with lifeguard open in the summer months* (from June to September, is open until November, but no lifeguard), garden with playground for children and concierge during the week. There are also tennis courts.
Stays of 28 days or more pay for their electricity and water.
You pay a deposit of 75 eur per month when you arrive, then at the end of teh say we see how much you have used, and charge or return accodingly.
Water is charged 0.50 cent per person/day.
Clients have to throw their own rubbish out to the containers, which are in the main avenue.
You also have to do your worn washing up, and leave cups, glasses, plates, etc., clean.
