Err, France is a pleasant and quaint village known for its lovely sunshine and nearby ski resorts like Err-Puigmal, Cambre d'Aze, Bolquère Pyrénées & Font Romeu. It’s definitely a mountain lovers’ perfect destination with skiing in winter and hiking, camping, and mountain activities in the spring and summer.
Err is located near the Regional Natural Park of the Catalan Pyrenees and close to Mount Carlit, Lake Bouillouses, and the Spanish border where Puigcerdà is just a 10-min drive away.. It offers many options for hiking and mountain activities with very diverse landscapes and scenery.

Getting Around:
The house is about a 2-hour drive (103 miles/166 km) from Barcelona and the Josep Tarradellas Airport (Barcelona Airport). There is a bus and train service from Barcelona Airport but these would take a number of hours. Your best option is to rent a car and drive.
Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT: There is NO WiFi in the house! We apologize in advance for this inconvenience, but maybe it’s a great excuse to disconnect and bond with your vacation group.
Please note that there is a 10 euros daily electricity fee.
TV with cable, bed linens & bath towels are provided free during your stay.
There is no daily housekeeping service but you can request to have the place cleaned for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange it.
Small pets are allowed with prior approval. Rules & pet fees apply. Pets cannot sleep in the beds.
All food items are removed after each guest checks out. There may be a few condiments like some cooking oil, salt & pepper but it’s best to purchase all of what you need if you intend to cook at home.
Please note that the cot/crib is available upon request with an additional charge of 10EUR per stay.
A security deposit of €300 is required at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This must be paid in cash at check-in and will be refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
The property has central heating for the winter months.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the house. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 350 euros penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are allowed but must have approval before booking. Rules and an extra fee applies.
Interaction with Guests:
Please notify us of your arrival time. Check-in time starts at 4 pm. Please proceed directly to the house and someone will meet you there to let you in and show you around and provide you with the keys. If you’ll be arriving after 10 pm, just note it is 40 extra euros per hour for any check-in after 10 pm.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!
