Character house located on the edge of the hamlet of Mazes; from the 350 m² living space on several levels, you will have a magnificent view of the village of Sérignac perched on the hill from the large semi-covered terrace; from this space we overlook the garden and the private infinity pool (11.50 x 5.50). You will enjoy the sun or the refreshing shade of the large trees while listening to the cicadas singing, lying on the deckchairs. Landscaped pétanque (garden shed, fridge, tables and chairs, lighting), ping pong table, large meadow where young and old can play football, volleyball, badminton.

The staircase extends to the mezzanine where there are two double beds located on either side of this bright place offering a magnificent view from east to west (from the hills of Sérignac to the Pic St Loup).
