• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 6:00.
• The ideal temperature for the air conditioner is 25 degrees Celsius. Always close all doors and windows and turn off all lights and air conditioner when not in use or away from your room.
• We regularly check for molds during the rainy season. Please inform us immediately if you spot any mold on the walls or ceiling.
• We have three dogs at home. Always lock the dog gates to prevent the dogs from going upstairs.
• Put your shoes and belongings in your room at all times. We cannot be responsible for your lost or damaged items.
• Cigarette butts must be put away in the trash. Never put them off on the floor or litter them irresponsibly.
• Use the pool with care. Do not eat, drink, or smoke in the pool. Beware of any broken glass. Never run or jump into the pool to avoid serious injury. The nearest hospital could be up to one hour away.
• The rooftop and pier are off-limits after 21:00. Please use the rooftop and the pier again in the morning.
• We have a bar and restaurant on-site with staff to help you with anything you need. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or like vegetarian/vegan food.
• If you do not want any staff or service while staying with us we will lock up those areas and let the staff go home.
