Once past the large entrance hall, you'll find on the first floor a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher and ceramic hob), a large dining room, a large living room with a view of St Paul's Church, and a small sitting room where you can relax and read or watch TV. 1 separate toilet on the ground floor.
You'll also have access to a small 40 m² garden, where you can take advantage of fine weather and enjoy an aperitif in summer.
