By bike you can go to St Valéry sur Somme by the banks of the Somme and then enjoy the remarkable bike paths of the bay. I love this region because it's a way of life closer to a very soothing nature. Far from crowded resorts, beaches where to put your towel becomes a sport, the bay brings me a real bath of youth body and mind. Very long walks or cycling are an extreme healing that allow me to forget the hectic life of the Paris region and its constant stress and all this at 2 hours from Paris, in often easy traffic conditions. The Bay of Somme is a body and mind therapy, the weather has no hold on you, a wax and boots are ready for all times of the year. The bay is lived in all seasons, each has its charm, the change of scenery is guaranteed.
