In the heart of the village of Ensuès la Redonne, 5 minutes from the sea, in the calanques of the blue coast, mas of village with inner courtyard to the south and large garden fenced and sported to the north. In the garden (photo1) you will enjoy: - the 8x4 swimming pool secured by a rolling shutter, its terrace, its shower and its deckchairs, - the hut and sandbox for the younger ones, - a corner of grass to play badminton, football ... - barbecue, - a terrace with dining area in the shade under the fig tree, - garage and vegetable garden! The southern courtyard (photo 3) will allow you to spend nice late afternoon, aperitif in the shade of the chestnut tree. The house is on 2 levels: Ground floor: equipped rustic kitchen, living room, dining room, WI-FI office with sofa bed and laundry outside. First: bathroom, 3 bedrooms (3 beds: 160, 120 and 100X200) including one en suite (photo 2) with a shower room and separate toilet. In summer, the house remains cool thanks to its thick stone walls, its exterior shutters and its interior counter-shutters to the south. The rental includes sheets and towels included. The maintenance of the house is at your expense. The house is close to all shops on foot. You access the creeks, either with your personal vehicle or with the shuttle that stops 50m from the house. You can go to Marseille by train by the calanques (20 minutes) or Martigues and its little Venice (15 minutes). You can also go to Aix en Provence in 30 minutes, to enjoy the course, its alleys and its market.
