A very comfortable villa in the heart of Playa del Inglés. The villa is surrounded (except one side) with garden and terrace. Unwind on the terrace (with barbecue), or on the sunbed on your private pool.
The villa has a spacious kitchen with dishwasher. A separate laundry room with washing machine. The living room has a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a lovely dining area. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has also a doble bed and a separate individual bed. There is an extra bathroom in the hall. Also a separate toilet.
In the basement is the 3rd bedroom (with 2 windows which can be opened) with a doble bed, with the possibility to add an extra bed there. All bathroom where renovated in 2023.
