Our property on the way to the Jardins d'Eyrignac, on the road to St Jean de Compostela and the medieval cities of another time, is nestled in the heart of the Lot valleys (Souillac, Rocamadour, Gouffre Padirac...), Dordogne (Sarlat, Lascaux, Montignac..), Correze (Brive, Pompadour, Collonges la Rouge).... and it extends over an area of 250 m2, close to an 18-hole golf course.
The interior spaces are well furnished and the neat decoration makes this villa a warm and cozy place of very good quality, at the height of the welcome reserved for you...
A local artist has produced veritable frescoes, whether it's a trompe l'oeil library or a circus scene in a bedroom.
The many rooms with vast volumes behind their ironwork overlook the garden, the swimming pool and the wooded hills.:
Outside, the environment is completely green, giving a generous and exotic setting. The fully fenced property has several acres of wood + grass land around the house. The view is south facing with sun all day.
In our garden many places have been arranged for relaxation and rest in the open air: Next to the heated and fenced swimming pool, you can take tea under the shade of the kiosk, or relax on the terracotta terrace.
Also available is a flowered veranda with its copings from the Château de Savenes (82) and its pink and red bricks from Toulouse + other terraces.
An outdoor kitchen will allow you to use plancha, barbecue, coffee machine, sink and a large marble table, shaded by the large oak tree.
The activities available around the house are 18-hole golf course 2 km away, mountain biking, climbing, horse riding, forest walks, hiking on marked trails; ....The nearby Dordogne river offers fishing, canoeing and kayaking.
