Upon entering, there is a spacious living-dining room that connects to a large terrace. Next to this space is a fully equipped modern kitchen. On this floor, there is also a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which includes a jacuzzi, as well as a bedroom with two single beds. By going down some stairs, three more double bedrooms are accessed: one with an en-suite bathroom and another shared bathroom for the other two rooms.The villa offers a large private swimming pool of 10m x 5m, located at the front of the house, surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn, shrubs and flowers. Umbrellas and sun loungers are provided for all guests, ensuring maximum comfort. Additionally, next to the pool is a large covered terrace with a barbecue, making it the perfect place to enjoy outdoor meals. Villa Marco is the ideal place to make the most of the outdoors while enjoying the best amenities on the island.Air conditioning available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00, for your total comfort.Information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
