Clos du Magnolia is situated in a charming, picturesque village less than 20 kms north of Beziers in southern France. Nestled at the foothills of Haut Languedoc Naturel Parc, it's a gateway to fantastic walking and cycling routes, several good golf courses or kayaking on the River Orb. There's also a choice of superb, sandy Mediterranean beaches within a 30 minute drive.
There are two comfortable bedrooms, one double and a twin, and a spacious shower room. The open plan kitchen/lounge area leads onto the beautiful garden with outdoor eating facilities. The apartment kitchen has a fridge, oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. Laundry facilities are available too. There is a gas bbq in the garden.
We have a large secure cave/garage which is ideal for motorbikes or bicycles. We have a range of cycle maintenance equipment for cycling holidays.

It has been fully renovated and, while retaining the characteristics of a traditional French home, it contains modern facilities for a relaxing holiday. There is a 9m x 3m unchlorinated swimming pool and surrounding terrace to enjoy.
