Master bedroom with King size bed, Bedroom#2 with Queen size bed and Bedroom#3 with Full/Twin Bunk. Covered Deck with side Ocean view. Polywood Deck Furniture with Bar Table and Chairs. Exterior seating for 7. Great place to hang out and enjoy the ocean view and relax. Covered Garage parking (Only two cars allowed). Year-Round Outdoor Heated Oceanfront pool/hot tub. Soundside pool and hot tub with beautiful view of sound. Both pools have poolside restrooms. There is a very Nice Fishing Pier with Large covered Hut and plenty of seating for enjoying the birds and sunset. Relax in chairs while enjoying the peaceful grassy area overlooking the Sound. **Our condo unit is H-302. Currently, we do have a very nice, wide ocean view off to our left. This view could be impacted by ongoing construction of new development in adjacent lot.
