In winter you're spoilt with excellent, typically Savoyard family ski resorts (La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand) nearby and Chamonix Mont Blanc or chic Megève an hour away. In summer, swim in pure lake waters, hike or cycle: this is an area of outstanding natural beauty, its colours glorious in spring and autumn. Watch horses grazing and sunsets over Annecy, with panoramic alpine vistas, through huge windows in the lounge-dining room. An archway leads to the well-equipped kitchen, where you'll be able to prepare delicious Savoyard specialities with the fresh local ingredients. Up the old oak staircase find stylish family bedrooms; the master with a great arched window for the views! Both have double and single beds, just ask if you need us to add a cot as well. Downstairs, there's a garden-facing double/twin, with WC opposite, ideal for older relatives and you'll find further sleeping options on double sofa beds in the lounge and on the lower ground floor.
