A serviced 300 sqm luxury villa situated on the prestigious north-east headland of Koh Samui in a private secured community, within walking distance to the beach and close to Chaweng and Fishermans Village.
The villa has a pool terrace, marble floors and infinity view with incredible sea views across the bay and the northern coast of Koh Samui. To the north is Koh Phangan a short boat ride away.
The living and dining area is open plan, with a large dining table for evening meals, a wireless entertainment system and large flat screen smart tv.
There are three en-suite bedrooms with media facilities (smart tv & dvd). A fully equipped western-style kitchen and dining area.
Cleaning is provided twice a week and fresh bed linen and towels changed weekly.
The villa was built recently and used as a secondary residence and holiday rental. The current owners rented the villa on several occasions and when it was listed for sale took the opportunity to acquire it.
The owners continue to use the villa for private holidays and holiday lettings. We hope you enjoy the villa as much as we do! There is a villa manager available to welcome guests and assist with any special requests or local information. The villa manager can be contacted during the day time if required.
We can provide advice and assistance with car and motorbike rental, airport transfers, trips & tours, food shopping, in villa chef and baby sitting if and as required.
