In the heart of the Saône Valley, the gîte de la chouette 70 is a spacious house in a small village near Luxeuil-les-Bains and its thermal baths (25 km) and the Vosges Ballons (Vosges 25 km). Vesoul 35 km: Ludolac water park, historic center.
You will appreciate its large terrace with barbecue and its enclosed garden to enjoy the outdoors in summer. In winter, the beautiful fireplace will warm your evenings (wood provided). Pets are welcome. On the ground floor: kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, living room with TV, a bathroom and WC accessible and adapted for people with reduced mobility and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed.
Upstairs, enjoy a second lounge area on the landing which serves the 3 other bedrooms:
- a bedroom with a 140 cm bed
- two bedrooms each equipped with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed.
The cottage also has a 90 cm bed upstairs in the mezzanine area of the landing and a second 90 cm bed in a very attic bedroom. A spa bathroom and a separate toilet are also available upstairs.
For your comfort, the beds will be made on your arrival, towels are provided and end-of-stay cleaning is included. You have baby equipment.
