This 63 sqm air-conditioned apartment, located on the first floor of a residence without an elevator, is fully equipped to offer you a comfortable and pleasant stay.
It features three bedrooms:
two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed,
a third bedroom with two single beds, ideal for accommodating children or friends.
All bedrooms are equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional extra for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook independently and includes a Nespresso coffee machine, a classic filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, as well as all the necessary equipment for everyday cooking.
The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a hair dryer. The toilets are separate, offering added convenience.
Outside, you will enjoy the peace and quiet of a large shaded 17 sqm terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture, overlooking a vast 3-hectare green area, a true haven of peace for both children and adults.
For moments of relaxation and refreshment, you have access to the shared swimming pool of the Marina Lodge residence, open from June 1st to September 30th and accessible to all residents.

The flat has 2 parking spaces at the entrance to the residence and a "drop-off" space 15m from the front door, very practical for unloading luggage!

The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.
## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of 300 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
