Positive: I assume the pool is of help when it is hot outside, we visited in May and I was quite rainy and cold during our stay.

Negative: 1. Location - you will need to book transfer to/from riad every time you wanna go and explore the city, there is nothing to see outside of it. Admin arranging it for 150/200 dirhams (15/20€) per trip to/from city centre depending on where you head. 2. Amenities - we witnessed building works being done daytime on the premises (not comfy/not cool), we were missing some small things like a trash bin in the room, and funny ways to place sockets etc. (See pic) 3. Cleanings - we have not got any in 2 days, and my souse found previous guests hair in a sink, non ironed bed sheets on arrival. 4. Breakfast - was nothing extraordinary (we stayed in 2 more Riads during our visit to compare) I would call it rather average. I normally do not like writing non likeable reviews but this is important condition to see different kind of comments for all the tourists before booking the property.
