The total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after reservation, the city tax will be charged at the same time as the total amount of the stay, due to covid 19, the pool is cleaned every 10 days and the filter changed after each check-out, please note that late check-in and late check-out are available upon hotel's confirmation and an additional fee applies as follow: late check-in is from 18:00 and is charged eur 35, late check-out is charged eur 70, please note that a eur 90 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price, the cleaning does not include the kitchen which must be left clean and tidy, failing which 65 euros may be charged to you in case the necessary inspection is not carried out during the inventory, proof of identity must be presented along with a credit card. in case of refusal, you won't be accepted at the property, or a check for the deposit upon check-in. in case of refusal, entry will be refused and not refunded, please notify management in advance of any late departure at least 24 hours in advance under penalty of a 70 euro charge for any departure after 10:30 a.m, late check-ins are permitted until 10:30 p.m. beyond this time, any check-in is only accepted in exceptional circumstances.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, managed by a private host
