We rent our house located in the countryside 5 minutes from Toulouse (4.8 km from the ring road).
It is 280m² on 1 ha of land.
In the open fields, it is very quiet.
It benefits from a swimming pool with a very large terrace and an electric protective curtain to prevent children and grandchildren from falling in.
It has 7 bedrooms, 6 of which are rented, 3 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. The 7th bedroom is in fact an independent studio with bathroom, which can also be rented.
It has an awning to the north, very pleasant for having meals at midday, as it is protected from the sun.
We provide you with a child's bed.
The house benefits from fiber and is fully equipped with Wi-Fi. You will also benefit from our Netflix subscription.
A cleaning service is possible, at a cost of €150 (because the house is large…).
Sheets and towels are also rentable, on request.
We have been renting our main residence for more than 20 years: it is the best anti-burglary insurance and also the joy of sharing with others our home where life is good!
