Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The property was spacious with 3 double beds. Master bedroom en-suite had no door so you become cold very quickly. 2 en-suite bathrooms and 1 separate bathroom

Negative: The property was good but we were let down by owners lack of response to our messages and the lack of hot water for the 5 of us once we returned from skiing. The water ran cold after the 2nd persons shower, we were in a group of 5. My daughter & I became very sick with asthma, cough, cold & fever from the evening of Wednesday, after which the two of use were no longer able to ski. We hired equipment & ski passes on the day of arrival, so we ended up losing money on the unused passes. I raised a complaint on the Thursday but because I was a sleep my husband sent the person away. When I woke up I raised another complaint explaining the misunderstanding but no one came to help us. Once returning to UK I visit my Doctor on Monday and my husband took my daughter to the hospital. We were both diagnosed with pneumonia. I was described doxycycline & prednisone & my daughter was prescribed clarithomycine antibiotics & prednisone.

Summary: 2 of 5 of us were very sick, my husband stayed at chalet to take care of us.
