Not only is Callao great for it's central location, it is a perfect spot for those interested in the theatre and cinema of Spain. All year round there is a wide variety of plays, musicals, movies and even special movie premiers. The neighborhood is a perfect mix between classic 1920's and modern architecture – which makes it a great place to explore. And don't forget about the shopping! The streets along Callao are some of the best in the city for clothing, shoes, makeup and technology.
The flat is located in Calle Preciados and just 1 minute away from Plaza Callao. The area surrounding the building is a known spot for good restaurants and entertainment.
