It features four spacious bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a bathtub in the master suite. Three of the bedrooms are overlooking the large private swimming pool, and the surrounding small lagoons and well maintained golf course of Laguna. The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor and has a direct access to the swimming pool. The main living area has an open plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 8 people and two comfortable lounge areas with one of them in front of a large flat screen TV. The private pool & garden features a sala, 4 sun loungers and outdoor dining table.
The Laguna estate has 24 hour security, golf course, fitness centre and children’s club. There are restaurants, spa and boutique shops in the entire resort community. There is a free shuttle bus and boat that roams around the estate and can also bring you to the private and clean Bangtao beach.
