Pic Janvier is a well-equipped, two bedroom, two bathroom demi-chalet sleeping up to 6 guests with use of the sofa bed (max 4 adults). Located in the peaceful and popular village of Les Praz, it’s just a 2 minute walk to the new Flegere gondola which gives access to the excellent Brevent-Flegere ski area. Guests benefit from a private, south-facing patio and the wood fireplace makes a cosy addition to the open plan living area. The chalet also boasts off-street parking and ample storage for skis, bikes and golf clubs.
Chalet Details
Pic Janvier is a demi-chalet set over three floors. The ground floor has a modern, open plan kitchen, dining, living area with a fireplace and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The living area opens onto a private, south-facing patio which is equipped with table and chairs. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and adjacent to each bedroom are two bathrooms each with shower, basin and WC. One bedroom has twin beds, the other has a double bed. The top floor is a mezzanine which has a sofa bed and storage area. Due to the low ceiling of the mezzanine we would only recommend this as a sleeping area for children up to the age of 10. There is a large garage with direct access into the chalet which can be used to store skis, bikes and golf clubs and houses a washing machine. Additionally there is private off-street parking for one car directly in front of the chalet.

Here you will find a selection of popular restaurants, cafes and bars in a peaceful setting, great for relaxing after a busy day on mountains. The chalet is also under 5 minutes walk from the newly renovated Flegere ski lift. In winter this gives you easy access to the largest of Chamonix’s ski areas, the connected Brevent-Flegere area. In summer, the Flegere gondola is the start point for one of the most famous hikes in Chamonix, the beautiful Lac Blanc. The renowned Chamonix Golf Club is also within an easy walk of the chalet. Chamonix centre is accessible by car in just 5 minutes or a short bus ride with a bus stop just a couple of minutes walk from the chalet. Pic Janvier is perfectly located for those wanting a peaceful village location still with plenty of amenities close by.
