For short stays electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave.
For bookings longer than 1 month, electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 baht/kw used.
Daily cleaning service is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 600 baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance.
