Summary: I was excited to stay at the Pia hot springs resort. Upon arrival the resort seemed different from my research. The wonderful resort had experienced a flood in September. I was looking forward to all their services and amenities, the disaster wiped out many of the hot tubs and they have no services and a limited breakfast. The staff was super. It’s unfortunate that this resort has fallen on hard times.
