Living in the tropics is perfectly reflected in this exotic bali style villa. The villa is located in the well developed and one of the most sought after areas of Bophut Hills, Koh Samui's premium residential area. The total design from exterior to interior, the play with colours, reflects the trendy bali style that will endure every passage of time. Laid out with symmetry and simplicity in the perfect proportions and regarding to Feng Shui you can feel the energy and the spirit of the island, the tropical living on every place indoor and outdoor of the villa. It reflects a fresh interpretation of the classic tropical home. Since we give the villa for rent some famous personalities stayed at this wonderful place and some come back every year.
There is free high speed wireless Internet throughout the villa which keeps you connected if you like to be connected. A Samsung Smart TV 65 inch in the lounge/ living room is connected to a soundsystem where you can watch Netflix, Youtube, etc.… The Villa has 3 bedrooms with AC, two bedrooms have king-size beds and the third bedroom is more or less a half bedroom with a Queenbed which is more suitable for kids than for adults. But anyway, the usage is up to you. Relaxing is probably one of the main activities you will do at the villa. The saltwaterpool with overflow and the outdoor shower incorporated in the garden are at your service whenever you require. Enjoy with your friends a delicious fresh tea in the Buddha Sala while you listen to relaxing cool lounge sounds from the portable Marshall Box. The kitchen has a terrazzo worktop, an integrated gas cooker, hot air oven, a big fridge /deep freezer, a toaster, coffee machine, a kettle and a blender. The Living Room Area on the first floor has a layout of a Bali Villa which means that all 4 sides of the Villa can be opened which lets a nice breeze through the Villa. Additionally, there are 3 big Fans installed as well a portable fan which keeps you comfortable. The Villa offers you fresh water from its 160m deep well. The water is double filtered to ensure highest water quality. Next to the Master bathroom you will find a Top Brand washing machine, a dryer and a laundry rack to hang your laundry and beach towels out of sight. There are also a lot of very cheap and good laundry shops around the Villa if you don't want to wash by yourself. Most of our guests use the laundry services. A maid will clean the villa once per week and she will also provide you with fresh towels and bed sheets. Garden and pool maintenance is included. The villa is fully managed. In case something is not working or if you have any problem in the villa you can simply call the ever friendly villa manager or me :-)

Neighborhood
The location of the Villa is just perfect. It´s only a 5 minutes drive to the original Fisherman´s Village (Bophut), the place to be on the island with all its gorgeous restaurants and lounges for having authentic thai food and/or high end dining or lounging experiences. I recommend the weekly Fridays night “Walking Street”. Bangrak with it' s beach Clubs a 10min drive and to dive into a hot and excessive nightlife also no problem. Chaweng, the island´s most crowded place with a lot of clubs, parties and bars, restaurants etc. is also only a short 10 minutes drive away. If you like it completely quiet and relaxed then try the Maenam area which you can reach in less than a 10 minutes drive. The 2 best hospitals of the island can be reached in less than 5 minutes but till now no one of our guests needed it. But it´s always good to feel save.
Other things to note
As part of our eco friendly drive to preserve Koh Samui, a - 35 unit - daily allowance will be given for electricity. Any additional usage will be charged.
This is to reduce unnecessary usage by leaving the air con units running while guests are not at the Villa. The extra charge will be billed by 10THB per unit.
Smoking is only permitted outside the Villa, thank you for your understanding.
As we want to keep a great relationship to our neighbours there are strictly no parties allowed.
Insects or other small tiny animals you might have never seen in your life who might visit you while you stay in Villa Satori: it could be the neighbours’ cat as well mosquitos, bugs or spiders - you will hear jungle sounds you can't tell what kind of animal it actually is. Yes, we agree and we feel for you that it can be frightening for the first few days, but please note that this Villa is located in Koh Samui, a tropical island with a jungle forest. We fully understand that these experiences are new to you, but please respect that we don't accept cancellations after check-in due to the reason that the guest is afraid of above mentioned insects, animals or sounds by the jungle. We offer mosquito repellent, coils and an information book with some useful information how to treat life in tropics.
