Large cottage of 180 m² located in a working wine estate near Minerve, between the villages of Aigne and Mailhac.
Less than 12 km around, many excursions of cultural interests are possible : the famous Canal du Midi (classified in World heritage of UNESCO), the picturesque medieval village of Minerve on its rocky peak, the village of Bize minervois with its circulade and the Oulibo, olive mill and its pleiade of products made from the olive.
A little further away, the city of Narbonne with its rich Roman past, the village of Capestang and its castle, the Amphoralis museum located in Sallèles d'aude crossed by the Canal du Midi.
The activities related to nature are also diverse : the Lake of Jouarres with its nautical base ; the village of Cessenon and all its white water sports ; the village of Bages located along the pond known for harboring migratory birds ; the massif of Clape preferred by hikers and mountain bikers and of course, the white sand beaches of Gruissan.
