With an area of 160 m2, easy to live in and comfortable, it is composed of a bright living room overlooking the terrace, a large fitted kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 WCs. 3 bedrooms are located on the same level: the first offers a double bed of 160 * 200 with adjoining bathroom, the second, a bed of 140 * 200, and the third a single bed of 90 * 200 (possibility of adding a 2nd bed). The 4th bedroom is located upstairs with a 160 * 200 bed and adjoining bathroom.
The ground, of a surface of 4000 m2 in peace, is closed and sported with automatic gate. You can take advantage of the furnished terrace with a garden lounge and a table which can welcome 8 guests, have lunch under the pines (table which can welcome 10 guests), relax on the deckchairs by the swimming pool or cook grills on the barbecue.
