Positive: Helpful and friendly staff. Big room, w balcony, comfortable bed. Good wifi, A/C, TV. Free coffee in lobby.

Negative: No kettle in room. Poor shower - very weak water pressure. No elevator, not much of a problem for me, but might be for others.
