With capacity for 4 people in 2 spacious bedrooms, this apartment offers completely new interiors (with all amenities) along with the unique advantage of a truly seafront location: you will feel like you can touch the sea from your balcony! With all necessary conveniences within walking distance, a car is not essential.The apartment is located on the first and second floors of a house facing the sea, has its own independent entrance and has been completely renovated in 2019 making extensive use of the latest techniques and accessories. From all rooms, guests will be able to enjoy the most spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the island of Cabrera in the distance. On the first floor there is a spacious and beautifully equipped living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, along with a magnificent terrace and a toilet. The terrace has an awning to provide shade when necessary, to enjoy long hours of relaxation while admiring the sea. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are 2 more bedrooms, both with private bathroom, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, respectively. The rooms have air conditioning (included in the rental price at fixed times between 14:00 to 16:00 and 20:00 to 08:00).With an excellent location, modern interiors and the largest swimming pool in the world just around the corner (yes, the Mediterranean Sea!)
