Summary: Check in at 3pm, check out at 11 with breakfast at 7am. No customer service, reception staff doesn't even look you in the eyes while you talking. Tiny lift, lots of stairs, if you cannot do stairs I would rather not book it. No hot water service, therefore no tea or coffee available. Dusty environment, reception room sittings broken. Smell of dump, old furniture, noisy at night due to old flooring, moldy toilets. Nothing like the pictures they advertise. Not a 3 star hotel more like a motel !
